Free shipping
Shipping is free on every order within the United States.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days after shipment. Delays can occasionally happen during peak seasons or because of carrier issues outside our control.
Order tracking
You can track your order at any time on our Track your order page using your order number or tracking number.
Shipping area
We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses [EDIT IF NEEDED].
Lost or damaged packages
If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, or if it arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days at [SUPPORT EMAIL] with your order number and photos if applicable. We will send a replacement or a refund.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away; we can update the address only before the order ships.
Digital products
The EggFlash™ Recipe Book (PDF) is delivered by email right after purchase. No physical shipment.
